whats the best prog for organising everything, eg images, music and films?

Also want it to include things not on my pc

and i want something i can open, go ohhh look i have that music, that film, that book etc etc

It would he handy to have a proggy that automatically puts certain types of files into certain folders when you&#39;re done downloading :)

there are plenty of download utilities that do thet...even a firefox extension. ;)
