-get a client (software used to d/l torrents)
i personally use ABC (http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/) ... but look on the others threads and you'll find more info about others clients...

-go to a bittorrent site... most popular (i guess) is suprnova.org .... there are others like torrentbits.org

-search for the movie, song, game... etc... and on the results just click on the filename... the torrent file will be downloaded to your pc, and your client will open it. then your client will download the file...

in simple words.... just click the name of the file
