Just downloaded some music, and on one file (it's a .wma) the volume is really low, and I have to crank up the volume on my speakers, which makes everything else REALLY loud. So is there a way I can crank up the volume on this .wma? (I use WinAmp)

It's probably just an inferior rip. Not much you can do :(
