I am getting ready to build a new system this month and i come across to motherboards and want to know the differences between them and which will work out with the system i am going to build? so i will list the parts and links and then i want your help to decide thanks..

I will be using a 160 gig h.d, 400 watt psu, my atx case, dvd-rom, dvd burner

The NF7-S2 has FanEQ (http://www.abit-usa.com/technology/faneq.php) but that is the only difference I know off hand.

Most people will agree that the NF7-S v2.0 would be the best choice.

Why is that fan loud racer II? Also i looked at that video card but there is no way i can get it right now cause around $300 is all i can spend on video so sry would be nice but not at the moment.

That heatsink/fan is loud because for it to cool well it must be run at full speed. At full speed it is rated at 48dBa which is quite loud.

i can recommend you the zalman 7000cu or the thermalright sp97 , but dont get the delta fan with the sp97 (55dba)

The zalman needs a little mod before it will fit the nf7s
