Ok so I'm at work yesterday and this woman comes in, she's a regular, usually have a bit of a giggle, I've lent her the odd £1 when she's been short etc (for some reason I do that :rolleyes: )

So yesterday she comes in

Me: Nah, think I'll head out of town for the evening

Then she went, now I got a pretty good idea what this is about, it's one of 2 things, she either fancies me (need a few bags and tripple think rubber for that one :x )or (and this is more likely) someone has told her I'm gay :frusty:

Also it's possible you're mistaken about reasons behind the woman in the shop asking about your g/f status, lots of middle aged women use this as a conversational piece just because they don't have much in common with a younger chap. I get asked a lot too because I have to talk to a lot of older women with work, it's mainly cause they've got nothing else, in the way of smalltalk, to say to me ...
