Usb Ports On Dragon Case?

The USB ports on the back of my mobo work but how do I get the ones infront of my Dragon case to work? I hooked them up to the mobo but now nothing.

Do you need to install software for them? Drivers,maybe?

I don't think I have too, but I will look through the papers that came withe case.

When i bought a new case with USB ports in the front i had to set those USB ports "open" in the BIOS... :unsure:
