Office Xp Update

Hey there people!

i am going to update office xp with the sp3, i get a dialog mentioning that upgrading with an illegal key could end up rendering office apps unuseable.

for the record: i have the corporate version of office xp, the one which didnt need registering.

should i update and if so will the update render my office unuseable.

i hope this post doesnt break any rules

not that i know of......

any you should be able to update without a problem, as long as the key you used isnt blacklisted........

I updated my office 2003 pro without any problems (the 5 in 1 version)

If by any chance there is a problem, it should just refuse to update, not wreck anything

As far as I knew there was only SP1 for office 2003.

You can Slipstream Office XP SP3. A blacklisted key (A key easily available on the net) could work..

just a lil curious, but what do these updates add??? i dont mean what m&#036; says they add, but are they really usefull???

MS tells you what there in them. There are usually bug and security upgrades/fixes. :)
