Cant Adjust Radeon Overlay Controls..

For some reason the "Overlay" controls in the Display properties for my radeon card are greyed out. Why? This is the first time they are like this, and I need to adjust them badly.. They're stuck on too high of a contrast.

Its only activated when you watch a video playback , I believe. :)
