Firewall

I can get the smiley face to go green if i turn off the firewall on my lan connection - the one in the control panel - but if i turn it on the face is yellow. i have the port forwarded through my mcafee firewall and my linksys router. is there a way to have the windows firewall on and have a green face. PLEASE HELP

u want to have 2 firewalls running?
no one used XPs built in firewall, u dont need it if u already have one in place
