Software That Turns Vcd Audio Into Mp3?

hi guys,

I have some vcd and svcd with some good music (video music files) on. What i want to do is to make mpr audio files out of those files.

1: Is that possible?
2: what software do i use?
3: how to do it?

out_lame is a Winamp output plug-in to create MP3 files directly from Winamp. (even if the source file is a video)

it works with winamp 2.XX and 5.XX

VirtualDub should work as well
