Hi everyone,

On one of my computers running windows me, does not have a firewall. I usually leave mirc on all day and so do I the internet connection. Is there a huge danger for me not having a firewall, and will getting a firewall for this comp help me out?

Thanks

I havin't tryed sygate but I guess anything is better that nothing. Then our friend j_man can find out for his self. Zonealarm can be confusing at first, and very aggressive. It takes time to config , but once set up , runs nicely in the back ground.

firewall and antivirus software are essential for anyone using the internet, your computer will open to hackers and viruses otherwise.
