Video Snapshot

Hey all ... whats the best software for taking pics of videos?
Mainly want to take snapshots of a music video and put them online, a software which simply takes a screenshot would be great, I'll do the rest in photoshop .. thanks in advance

PowerDVD Pro v5 will do screencaptures - go see the bear for it.

As far as I know the dvd software won't play .avi or .mpeg files will it?
Have power dvd 5, is not the pro version so I'll go hunt that bear then =p
