Make the transitions faster or remove say 3 pictures.

Lazy fucker it took me two seconds to do this, all i did was print screen it then paste it into paint selected the bit you wanted and save'd it.

Do the rest yourself now you know how to do it.

55kb.

You could also resize this: http://filesharingtalk.com/uploads/av-51810.jpg

to be much smaller for your avatar. Make it 80x80.

80x80 is hard to work with. especially if you want text to be anything close to legible at all.<.<

That's bullshit.

Here is one 80x80:

And only 5192 bytes compared to the original 23304 bytes.

well, if it's just filesize you want to reduce, the same original image at the same dimensions can be reduced to 16k with better jpeg compression, and no real noticeable loss in quality.
and you still can't read the word 'the' :P

I am comparing my image to the one that lvlister2003 has for his avatar.

The image you made: http://img65.exs.cx/img65/4168/vp.png
is 150x150 and if you would use it as an avatar on this board then the quality would be worse. It's better to make the image 80x80 as the board's avatar resize feature will cause distortion of your image.
