Some Keeps Scanning My Port..

First off, i have comcast. i use sygate pro firewall.

So far my ports been scanned 25 times, and this is just today. It&#39;s been happening since i got high-speed. I really don&#39;t mind, but just the fact that some IS trying to get in my shit, makes me mad <_< . Sygate got the BackStrace option, soo I&#39;m thinking if i know their Ip, then i can do something too? :huh: I don&#39;t know of any progs or nothing.. so if anyone got an idea how to stop these scans...

probably just background noise. ignore it unless you get hit alot by the same ip adress then just report it to their isp.

yeh exactly that, thers at least 15 scans from 24.205.242.227

and thats after almost 13 hops.

Um, u know of sum program to where i can shut down his connection, thru the ip?

Are you filesharing, perhaps they are trying to connect because of that? If not, don&#39;t hassle with them just notify Chartepipeline.net and let them deal with it.
