I was wondering, is there any kind of Add-On/ Plug-In's for it? So it can be "optimzied" in any way?

It can be optimized by using good settings in the program and making features requests and bug reports at their website.

It's not designed to interface with any 3rd party add-ons. Attempting to do so would probably only make it worse.
