so i should get the modem?

im switching to http://www.mycybernet.net/ ;)

$35CDN for 3000/640

or i might switch to 3web($25 3000/800) but some ppl on dsl reports have been saying bad stuff about 3web and they seem to have a cap as well...

I have had a replacement modem 3 times in the last year or so. I only pay $2.50 US a month for renting it, but its payed off.

Why do you need a convertor? Almost all modems have a usb port on them as well.

u see the modem is a USB modem and IF i plan to get a router which takes in ethernet only... how will i use it :frusty:

and i like to use my 1gig ethernet port rather than my usb 2.0 port  :01:
