Program Which Changes My Ip?

I heard somewhere you can get a program that lets your IP change daily regardless of me having cable.
If not is there a prog which will let me use spoof IP's in game servers?

I've tried. Proxys won't change my IP in an online game, only on the actuall internet explorer itself

you have to set the game up to use proxies. If the game doesn't support proxies (which it should in most* cases) then you can "proxify" the the game, with tools like sockscap (google it)
