or policeman yes. maybe if you put it in your main suitcase and ive never been in an airport but dont they ask if you have something to declare. just say, "yes i have a plastic BB gun in my suitcase"

whatever you do dont put it in your hand luggage, unless you wanna get on tv that is

With the security in america i really doubt they will let you get on a plane with a pellet gun. Just post it back home. :)

ya, better to ask then pay the consequences, but don't phone from where u are now, trust me, wit security like that, they'll trace the call for "security" purposes. i know how u feel, i have an AEG 1:1 scale AK47-S (folding stock), A 92 beretta also running on CO2 with 15+1shots, a mac10 also on CO2 30 shots, and planning to buy an M4 RIS AEG+ 45 round clip, i already have more than 1300 bucks worth of airsoft/pellet guns. it'd be a shame if u were to lose it, good luck man, and yes, i do live in canada and it's legal here as long as ur 18 yrs old or have the guardians consent (signed waiver).

i'm sure u can mail it home, my cousin who lived in canada got a bb gun from ebay, the seller shipped it out from the states and it reached canada safely without any troubles.

My step-dad bought back a BB gun from florida made of metal. He told them it was in the luggage at the check in desk and showed them and they put it through. Made it back fine, but maybe this a one-off.

I would post it tbh.

most likely, they would never let a person take a real looking gun like that onto a plane POST 9/11. post it to urself mofos (like i said in msn), much safer and more of a guarantee. and send me pics of the gun (if it makes it back to surrey safely ;) wit the laser attachment, that laser kicks major ass :D

looks what's legal in CA

It's perfectly legal to transport guns on airplanes in the USA that are checked in with luggage. They will examine it to make sure it's unloaded, your problem will be CA customs.

OK this is urgent... I email'd UPS and this is what they said.. <_<

Shipments of Firearms are prohibited when shipping internationally.

In the event that any such prohibited article inadvertently enters the UPS
system, this does not constitute a waiver on the part of UPS and UPS shall
have no liability what for delay, loss or damage to any such article, even
if the shipper has entered a Declared Value for Insurance on the shipping
document.

So i email'd.. fedex and asked them. The thing is its not a fuckin real firearm <_< :censored:

S!X
08-19-2004, 09:44 PM
Fuckin Fedex doesent eaither becuase the consider pellet guns as a weapon. Ive been searching on ebay to see who ships pellet guns worldwide and some do but i dont have an account to ask the people who ship worldwide how they do.

in usa at the airport they make u go threw a metal detector to see if u have any metal on u and they also put ur lagguage threw metal detectors so theres no possible way to take that pellet gun to canada from the usa.

But I do know how u can take the pellet gun to canada from the usa if ur traveling by car because it pretty easy

@ mofos, here's an idea, get your uncle to drive across the border and meet him somewhere. :P (should only take a couple of hours. )

I still say he should just walk to the border and have the guy toss it over. Couldnt be that hard. Just pay for the gas.
