thanks pal ;) , srry for the bother I thought you would know if you had just got em. :unsure: You gonna dpo anything else to it?

Have a look at my desktop pic, next to the start bar I have a small bunch of icons I use instead of desktop icons. You can also move all of your icons into one folder then create a new taskbar for them (right click on the taskbar, toolbars, new toolbar then point to a folder that you would contain all your desktop icons)

or

I keep flogging this too people, get sysmetrix (I have it at the top of my desktop) it&#39;s a monitoring app that allows you control over a number of things incl. the ability to show/hide your desktop icons at the click of a button, there are a stack of skins available.

right click on it..options...colour themes ;)

oh ps watch where you right click right clicking on some areas doesn&#39;t give you the general options

I used to have object dock for my dock but after installing so many different patches and stuff (probably that flyakite thing) the dock no longer runs right. :blink: So im using this shitty dock at that time.

later on i disabled the taskbar altogether and i installed object bar to make a real bar on the top of my desktop.

since then i had too many problems with object bar and mobydock so i removed them both and moved my taskbar to the bottom of my desktop.

I miss objectdock though. :(

I also have teh boot screen, login screen, and all sounds + many other little tweaks to make it more like mac os x. for example all of my control panel icons and some of the menus in there have changed to be more like os x. :)

looks good rossco, I agree with making the dock transparent thou. Also if you wanna make the startbar transparent, I have been using this little app, seems cool, I have been running it for a few days and no probs.

anyway that is completely gone now...i had to format becuase the uninstaller for the flyakite program (makes it look like os x) didn&#39;t uninstall properly and i couldn&#39;t boot.

i switched to a new visual style the other day. its simple and thats the way i like it. theres also a bunch of junk on the right side of my desktop that i need to organize :lol: just haven&#39;t gotten around to sorting it all out. B)

Everytime I download the first one you gave me it says it corrupted when I open it. Is there anywhere else I can get this? :unsure:

Someone at the begging of this thread made an Ipod one with specs on his desktop so thats what I did. ;)

duuno, I used the small start menu but the guy/girl made a few different ones, I just linked the first two I came across. Maybe try one of the others, they are all pretty similar :unsure:
