uh oh; watch out for the boards liberals, they'll gobble you up.

go to his website www.georgewbush.com, thats a good place to start.

go to www.GOP.com, another site.

but most importantly; read up on his platform; then read up on Kerry's points and make a decision.

Some books you can read to help you:

"Stupid White Men" - E-Book (http://www.lsdp.net/~lotfree/ebookz/Michael%20Moore%20-%20Stupid%20White%20Men.pdf).

The Book on Bush: How George W. (Mis)leads America (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=0670032735&itm=21)

The Lies of George W. Bush: Mastering the Politics of Deception (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=1400050669&itm=26)

The Bush-Hater's Handbook: A Guide to the Most Appalling Presidency of the Past 100 Years (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=1560255692&itm=28)

Ohhh! Here's a good one:
Bush Must Go: The Top Ten Reasons Why George Bush Doesn't Deserve a Second Term (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=0525948406&itm=34)

Weapons of Mass Deception: The Uses of Propaganda in Bush's War on Iraq (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=1585422762&itm=53)

The I Hate George W. Bush Reader: Why Dubya Is Wrong about Absolutely Everything (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=1560255897&itm=70)

Dude, Where's My Country? (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=0446693790&itm=71)

The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions about the Bush Administration and 9/11 (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=1566565529&itm=73)

Is Our Children Learning?: The Case Against George W. Bush (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=Ra52Yc7bsV&isbn=0743214781&itm=75)

You know, its kinda sad... I searched Barnes & Noble for "Bush," and got 2,377 items. But out of those 2,377 items, I couldn't find anything good about him. ;)

After thinking a minute, I concluded that you should really read up into your background. A great place to do it is

www.federalist.com (http://www.federalist.com)

Then next talk to your parents; They should adequately tell you what Bush is for and against, as well as what they believe in. Next; take a good dose of Sean Hannity (http://www.hannity.com) on your local AM dial and see me in the morning :) .

EDIT: Also look up some posts from j2k4, bigbank hank, and longboneslinger as well as other local conservatives on this board, They're pretty bright.

Dont listen to either of them.

Avoid the books Magic posted and the sites spinningfreemanny suggests... Get onto Google and look around independant sites.

The most important thing is that YOU have to make YOUR mind up.

You should never, ever support a party "because my parents did" or "because i always have".

Parties change, and the personalities in those parties change... The methods and organisations that fund them change or want more for their money.

YOU have to decide what YOU want, then go with the Party that is closest to your policies... or better yet, join that Party and try and influence it to be even closer to what you want.

Hey now. I didn't post any books. ;) Having never once read a book on Bush (either pro or con), I certainly wouldn't recommend any of them. Much of what's published for current politics would be classified under "junk food."

Hmmm and they make up (besides like 1 or 2 more) all the conservatives on this board.

It seems they are all bright because they are all conservatives.
(You really fucked up by putting Hank in there)

More conservative trash it seems, which again makes you look stupid in the face of voting your party rather than a good candidate.

Thanks Hank ;)

doesn't this worry anyone.......even the Bush supporters?

Go directly to each candidates own website...not a supporters website.

Ignore what anyone else says about the opposing candidate.

Read the issues. Read what each candidate plans to do about the issues and how they plan to do it. Make up your own mind without interference from others.

read the issues without a blindfold or pre-conceptions.

Anyone that votes for a candidate just because he runs for a certain party has to be considered uninformed at best, brainwashed at worst.

official bush site (http://www.georgewbush.com/Agenda/)

official kerry site (http://www.johnkerry.com/index.html)

It's a pity we can't see the manifestos without knowing who they belong to...that would be a real test.

Busy,

It tells me a lot about your character when you go to internet forums and disregard someone’s intelligence because they have a difference of opinion from you.

I have differences of opinion with a lot of people in WN&E’s. Unlike you they are always respectful and never lower themselves to personal insults. I have had many debates with RF, Vid, Clocker and so but never once have them and I resorted to calling each other stupid because we disagree. The issue of the other day is a prime example.

Oh you mean, Heinz "outsourcing" employees like Mcdonald's. :o

Sorry Hank, that was stupid. <_<

What you spout are not debates for WN&E.
It is Funny Stuff.

I am not clocker, vid, or Rat. I'm Busyman, army of one.  <_<

If I smell bullshit I call it as such.....and that goes across party lines.

I am not saying one can't like Bush or anything. I'm saying when one vote Republican all the time just because they are Republican, it makes them a fool.

Having continually to guess where exactly it is you are coming from, vid, it occurred to me that to use the spelling "prey" as opposed to the original (and proper "pray") might be either a statement of your secular beliefs, or even a remnant of your British, um...influences. ;)

Unless it is important to you, I will leave it there. :D

ok forget the side stepping (you should be a politician)

the question is why do you smell crap in the origins of this post?

perhaps it's because the poster said he didn't know why he supports bush and not kerry or nader as the person he doesn't know why he supports.

Perhaps it's just another "tow" the party line example...sorry i know you corrected myself and many others that it is in fact "toe" the line...but then i guess you have done it for so long that you would know more about the correct usage then the rest of us  ( please take that in the humorous way it was intended and forgive any spelling mistakes i ever make )
