Windows Quick Launch

ok every time i start windows have to click on windows quick launch to put the icons back down the bottom any ideas as to why.

Well down the bottom on your desktop where you have your shortcuts on bottom tray ok. Well everytime i reboot they disappear and i have to go and click on quick launch so they come back. The tick beside quick launch goes away, do you know why
