Have A File That Says Bin File But No Cue

Hi i have downloaded the movie below and have tried to convert it on tmpgenc however it wont let me says it is a bin file but there is no cue file with this can i still copy this as usual on nero or without the cue will that just be a none player on my dvd?

get vcdgear with this you can extract the .mpg out of the .bin
or you can create a .cue file yourself
or you can convert the .bin to an .ISO

If I remember correctly, in Nero

Recorder > Burn Image...

At the bottom select 'All files'

I do the same and don't have a problem except if its for me I extract the mpeg and burn cause I have a Home dvix player.

Or you take an old cue file, open it with notepad and replace the filename between the quotes.
