you know why? because our laws on guns are pretty much zero tolerence. in this country (almost) nobody is allowed guns so we dont just have to trust the bad sorts not to get a gun, then the good sorts dont need guns to defend themselves

Why does everyone keep saying that guns are illegal in the UK.

I know several people with guns. You just need to get the proper licence and demonstrate that you can store it properly and safely.

Obviously some people can&#39;t get a licence, but that&#39;s the same for things like driving.
