To who ever. When waching a movie I hear the movie first then the picture comes along.I does'nt happen to all movies. Do I need a new codec or is my pc to slow?

Wouldn't know you haven't posted what you have but would'nt think so if the rest play fine.
Did you get it (them) off KaZaa and have you tried other players like videolan/bsplayer.

Thank you but I have try'd both players but same result .My pc has 748 MHz 128 MB Ram

Use matrixmixer on the affected movies to slow down or speed up the sound, it's included in the codec pack.
