just a quick question, can you overclock a Geforce 4 440max 64mb card?

Yes, I have overclocked mine quite some bit, alot more then in my sig. But they say every card is diffrent.

Also, it depends on who manufactured the card, my chaintech mx440 8x is defualt 275/512 and i have it upd to 385/635 with no artifacts or snow. not that great of an overclock but if i go higher my bencmark results start to drop....

ya my old one can easily take the core speed up by 100mhz, but the ram only goes about 10mhz before i start to get anyt artifacting. ;)

as for the 5200 it is about the same...ram goes about 15mhz higher, but the core can overclock as much as i want. :lol:

oposite for me.... i can only get the core up to 430 before games freeze and about 400 before artifacting, but the ram dosnt seem to mind how high i put it.

Just remember not to overclock something you cannot afford to loose.
