Can U Convert .bin 2 Mpg?

i have AVP in bin and cue files but i have o disks to burn them on can i play a .bin file on any player or convert it?

Use a program that can open .bin files.
I think ISObuster can.

Then, extract the mpg file to whatever location on your HD.
Now you can play your mpg.
