Best Mobile Camera Phone W/o Video?

im looking to buy a mobile phone from verizon which has a camera, but not a video capture mode. im looking for a fairly good quality camera, pref zoom and flash combined but could settle for one or the other. im looking for a\good service, internet access and a big color screeen. any ideas?
