Posting A Video

I was wondering how people do this on a forum. I usually see it in Windows Media Player form. It's small and you have most of the controls: Play, Stop, Pause and etc.

How do I do this exactly?

Get yourself a hosting site then post a link to it here. Usually your isp will host atleast 100 MB for you.
