Can Kazaa Be Used On An Apple?

I read the faq and there was no mention. Is it safe to assume that it cannot be done?

Well, I know Virtual PC is an emulation program that runs a version Windows-XP/home/pro/2000 inside a window on a Mac. You can probably run Kazaa (or any windows base program) within Virtual PC but I personally never saw it done so I'm not really sure.
