Off the top off my head Jonno, I think it is a chain or part of a chain.
Sadly the top of my head is sparse now. come to think of it below the top is not much better. :lol:

ok :unsure: , using my ruler i fathomed 27 inches in imperial is 2 feet and 3 inches :unsure:
