They reckong hypoalergenic moisturising cream reduces wrinkles, I've been using it for 6 months now and my sac is still wrinkly :helpsmile:

or at least get a refund, walk into the chemist's and describe your grievance, i'm sure they will cooperate

I did, on Friday :) The girl went a funny shade of pink and said I'd have to see the manager :rolleyes: He was on lunch break and I hav'nt been back since :unsure:

usually i would suggest writing an angry letter, but there's an easier method, just wash it and then iron the sack
