Is There A Faq How To Set Up Bittornado?

I'm using bitTornado but I don't know how to configure my D-link router firewall to let bitTornado pass through. it shows yellow constantly and not green. can someone show me how or point me in the right direction? with pics would be great! thanks

ok thanks for the great replies I did some reading and configured my Dlink router but it's still yellow, who here uses Dlink and what settings do you recommend?
