OK who on here has a decent body plus 6 pac (mainly talking to guys but some women have awesome abs to so u never know)?

I am loosing my 6 pac as i have been really busy the last few months and really need a decent program (gym not pc) to get it back.

I have weights etc at home and know most exercises.

Who has a decent routine, that works, sees quick results and isn't too boring? What is it?

Well, I have a keg instead of a six-pack so my routine will not be to your liking. :D

The truth about getting perfect killer abs is quite simple, the three areas you need to follow are:1) Low fat diet
2) Ab workouts
3) Cardio excercise

I know that because I read it.....here (http://www.superdrewby.com/fitness/abs.shtml)
