I don't know a better way to do that, but i just started using outpost with the blockpost pugin and the blocklsit manager from blue tack. when i open the blocklist manager it downloads a list from whatever sources i choose. all i have to do is convert the list with the blocklist manager and save it then import it with blockpost. Outpost seems to be a little faster too.
