I have a Cd that can hold 700Mb and it's new. I try to burn the first inuyasha movie onto it and the movie size is 680MB but it doesn't fit. Then i try to burn the second movie which is 669Mb and it fits fine. Why doesn't the 680Mb fit onto a 700Mb cdr?

Remember Windows XP and HD manufacturers like to calculate filesizes by dividing by 1000. But an accurate size requires division by 1024. Nero burning ROM displays filesizes different from Windows. You might look into that.

Use nero and enable overburn.
