my uni will only allow me to use the internet for 8 (cumalative) hours a day - is there a way i can time how long i am connected for and/or make the computer disconnect me when i reach 8 hours?

My UNI just don't care (or atleast that's the impression I get).

I'm downloading all kind of crap 7 days a week.
