open it in ms paint or something then save it as .gif or .jpg

The quickest way is saving them Ms paint but ull lose some graphics, better you do same trick with photoShop.

vert true, this will also give you alot of advanced options........... but if you dont have PS, its kinda rediculous to install it just for converting jpegs and gifs
