Screen Saver Off

I am watching movies on my tv in my living room off of my computer.

I have the screen saver turned off... but every 10-15 minutes my monitor goes into power save mode or something and emits no signal.

this translates to a blue screen on my TV.

How do i get this to stop happening?

go to desktop properties
then screensaver tab
click the power options button on bottom right
select to never turn off monitor
and never go to system stand by
and never turn of hard disks
