Tv-out Means Tv-tool? [Archive]

I recently found out that I have a TV-out in my computer(!), and I was just wondering of TV-Tool is what I need?

Really nescesary ? No..but it's handy for automating settings that would otherwise
have to be entered manually.
Program is now shareware ,but i've seen 'doctored' versions on kazaa. :sorcerer:
