After using Vb this week I find it to be superior to the old board. I'm loving all the options, the interface, and hell even the colour.

Granted the board is still in need of improvements.

Switching back to invision now would ruin the experience for me after using this superior board. :01:

So would you go back?

nope I said before that I think VB would be great and I still think so.

It is superior in every way.

I don't like the quote system though. Maybe there's an option tweak.

It seemed less "Cramped" more space

I'd take IPB over VB anyday. I'd rather be on our old board (with anti-spam and image-resize installed), and not VB.

im getting used to it... and it is a lot superior than IPB... it just needs some tweaking and make up... (make it look like the old board, perhaps???) and it could be perfect...lets hope that gets done before next year...

so... yeah... i'm stayin'...

IPB or VB, doesnt matter much for me, im here for the content and the folks.

If the board software and the looks are more important than the
Members and/or their posts, I'd say there's something weird going on.

Am I the only one who feels this way?

I agree with Guitar-Slinger. It's the content that counts. The new board definitly has lots of nice features, but I still prefer the old look. There's gotta be a IPb skin for VB out there somewhere.

Well I like it now, but it took a little tweaking to get everything setup. Only way I'd go back is by kicking and screaming! ;)

i think ipb2 is better, but its not free >_<

personally, i find phpbb to be more enjoyable than either ipb or vB, because its free :P...

edit: i also dont like vB because it ruined my sig

IPB all the way, Krohn was thinking of buying VB befor he found he ahd a spare licence to why not pay for IPB?

i agree, its pretty immature to just not post just because how the board looks its about the people:)
