HERNiA - holly shit that hurts like F*k the day after(and longer) - i had that operation 3 fkn times -
Make sure the Doctor makes a nice job out of it - the Doc that did my girlfriend - cut her horizontally which looks distorted - get him to cut diagonally much cooler.
I hate it when the nurses wake you at rediculous times in the morning, and tell you to move when you cant even budge.

My daughter had one done about 2 years ago....she was very brave....nice neat little scar and everything.....

So Jonno.....no booing it like a baby just cos its an incy wincy bit sore now will you?

Well to answer a few quick questions, it was local, I felt some of it and threatend to punch the doc, who then said that would'nt be wise given the circumstances :lol:
It's a 4 inch!!! cut/scar , and got a 4 week sick note :01:

And am enjoying the drugs :D

Well it's not my fault, the sedative had the oposite effect, I was in theatre for an hour and did'nt shut up :lol: The nurses and doc were all giggling, was pretty cool considering :)
All praises to Cromer Hospital staff, what a seriously friendly comfortable place :)
Prolly cos it's small, but it's so different from the robotic hospitals of the city's, got to play my own music on the stereo, nurse liked it so I gave her the cd :D (Well , kinda left it for the op room staff)

Well I gotta say ........I have never in all my life felt as much pain as I did last night, after I came off line I wanted to go for a pee and take some fresh air and have a look at the stars as I do every night :)
Let's just say I done well to stay concious, I swear on my soul thru all the joking my pain threshold is quite high but getting up last night I nearly fainted trying to get back to bed, woke up a few times in the night .......erm....shall we say "Excited"......yaholyfuckthathurttoo :ph34r:
Now awake and need to cough :ph34r:

Gonna take some of these drugs that don't work :rolleyes:

I dunno what bromide is :blink: and believe me, IF I can get to see or speak to my doc within the next week he would'nt give me anything anyway :(

I got 50mg Voltarol (Diclofenac Ph.Eur.) 3 per day
And 500mg Co Dydramol ( 2 every 6 hours)
