AMD has always been about performance and not speed.. I think thats why most people are AMD fans? now that intel is focusing on performance.. I'd like to see what else they have and maybe I would buy one of their processors >:)
4GHz killed. Does that count as genocide?

New technology always means exisiting technology goes down in price. So, to answer your question, everyone should care.

is the intel pentium 4 gonnna end soon? from 1.6ghz-3.6ghz geez can we cut it already?
I am an AMD fan, purely because they make very fast chips for comparatively low prices....if that makes me a fan boy, so be it. :P
It will be interesting to see what intel come up with though.

I took all my old floppy drives and installed them into my G-ma's computer. Now she has a P3 with 6 floppy drives. She thought that they looked cute all bunched together.

None that I know of. Used the 5" (or whatever size they are), just modded 'em to look right.
and what motherboard supports 6 floppy drives.
None that I know of to this as well. I didn't hook them up, except the one she uses. I just was messing around modding sh!t. So what, I was bored.
Just the thought became clear to me reading this topic, that the only people that I know who still use their floppy drives are older (then me at least) people.
