why can't i open .gif images in nero?

Hello,

Just wondering howcome Nero won't let me open .gif images in Nero Cover Desiger??
I can only open .jpg images not any other format....why is that so?


Is there anyother good CD cover program which will let me open .gif images??

@sameer, GIF's aren't allowed but PNG and all otehr image formats i've seen are allowed. Not sure why no gif.

Try just opening with paint or better yet photoshop or fireworks and save as a jpeg or png. :)

but i don't want to save images in jpg format, reason behind is dat the text and some of the images look blurry....and i don't don’t want images or text to look blurry!!!

png or bmp then. they don't lose any quality.
