How to seperate 1 large mp3 into several songs?

I downloaded a large mp3 thats supposed to be a complete album(which it is) but the songs are all joined as 1. Whats the program I am supposed to use to seperate them back into individual songs? :huh:

Once someone gives me an answer to this one of the mods should add this question & answer to one of the sticky topics. I like this one (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=62884) personally.
