Can anyone tell me if this (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=24-021-010&depa=1) is a good lcd monitor? I know a lower response time would be better, but all I know is this is a huge 19" for under $400. Anyone tell me anything better?

*sorry if this is a double thread, but i could swear that i posted this already, but I can't find it.

Response time is really important. If you do any gaming at all then you probably will hate that monitor.
also if you watch movies on the pc.

for office type stuff and just browsing then it's fine.
