I think azereus sucks to be honest, download speeds are slow, I don't see why bit tornado wouldn't be the top pick, small, doesn't take up too much memory, and speeds are great.

I use azureus 'cause it can manage more than one download in the one window...and you can choose what parts of the torrent to download and which parts are higher priority than others.
