ccleaner is good.
registry cleaners are also important.
Check my out everything guide (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=73727) and look at the cleanup section.
btw, this is software not hardware.

Imo cc is worthless. DustBuster is the king of junk file removers.

To do a complete cleaning of your HD and erase deleted files use eraser.

Rossco,Its funny I never tryed the system mech. program. System sheild, neat thing deletes programs that are no longer on your system. Writes 1 's & O' s to reclaim space . I'll have to try it . :D
Dustbuster freed up 572 MB! it better not of been anything important:dry: ;)

you'll never know. :shifty:
@peat moss, ya a lot of programs (like windowwasher, tupeup utilities, etc.) do that. You right click your recycle bin or a file\folder and select "shread file\folder\contents".
you'll never know. :shifty:
Everything seems to be intact:huh:

Hold on there tiger.
Are you recommending that people try this, in spite of the fact that they can't control it and you don't like it for that reason.
Seems a bit odd.
Seems like sarcasm.
Are you American?
