MP3 Organizer / Rename?

hi....i'm looking for a mp3 organizer to rename my mp3s with CDDB or something like that ...i checked download.com already but there is alot of programs ....which program is good and which program do you guys use ?

I use tagscanner, does every thing for me and i personally find it better than tag and rename...
