Weird Save Problem

So i have this problem - when i go PAint then try to save or Save As the program freezes . not only paint but also TextPad or sumtin else. Whats this problem and how can i fix it??

have you run a full antivirus scan to see if you have any viruses or adware causing the trouble. run the test and report back the results from it

no virus no nothing
i updated Anti virus and everything but still no virus
sometimes when i want to open internet explorer it just doest apear but its running a windows in the back i cant see it

duuno wtf is this weird problem - need to fix it cuz cant save wthex
cant do my work :S
