when you go to control panel and go to speech it says i have the microsoft sam, as my voice section were can i go to downoad more voice..



ps if you are bored you can type things into the preview text box and make him say things...

I think you're talking about TTS (text-to-speech) programs. Try coolspeech or textaloud .
